Wellness Business Review

From the desk of Dr. John Spencer Ellis

Hello to you all!

I'm sure that wellness is something that you want in your life and the lives of your loved ones. When your body and mind are feeling "well," you just have a much more positive outlook on life and of the world in general.

Have you ever considered how you can help others find their path to health and wellness?

I have developed several business divisions that were created simply to help people learn how to coach others find health and wellness in their lives. Let me briefly introduce them to you.

NESTA (National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association) is an NCCA accredited certifying association that creates programs for people to become certified personal trainers. In addition to becoming a personal trainer, students have the option of choosing from a myriad of specialty programs ranging from core conditioning to injury prevention and even to kid's nutrition. Our NESTA PFT program is the first of its kind to integrate Polar heart rate monitor technology into the training program.

The Spencer Institute for Life Coaching has created many different programs, all of which certify prospective coaches in different areas of life coaching. Spencer Institute is fully accredited for certification by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.

I hope that has given you some insight to following the career path of helping others realize their full potential in the areas of health and wellness.

Please let me know if you have any questions and in the meantime, please take a look into my new movie, "The Compass"

Be well,
John
